Not only is the Butter Board a gorgeous dish to take anywhere, really, but it’s a delicious way to pretend you aren’t eating a stick of butter in one sitting.

- Salted butter
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Edible flowers
- Sea salt
- Crusty bread
Smear somewhat softened butter all nice-like on a plate.
Any brand will do, but we always grab for the Kerrygold grass-fed.
Drizzle with honey.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Top with something pretty.
We like thinly sliced red onion and edible flowers, but you can add roasted garlic, micro greens, herbs, chilis, or fresh ground pepper (to name a few).
Dig in with your favorite crackers or bread and allow your eyes to roll back into your head.
