Ingredients
- A loaf of crusty sourdough bread
- 1 stick salted butter, melted
- 1 stick salted butter, melted
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Carefully slice the bread diagonally across the top in a diamond pattern, making sure not to cut your finger or all the way through to the bottom of the loaf.
Step 3
Add garlic to your melted butter. Drizzle into the diagonal cuts of the bread.
Sprinkle green onion into each of the bread openings before stuffing with cheese.
Wrap in foil and pop in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove bread from the oven, carefully unwrapping it and putting it back into the oven (unwrapped) for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted to your liking.
Step 5
Serve warm, sprinkled with green onions.
Enjoy!
