Originally featured in my Spring Pea & Crispy Prosciutto Fettuccine, this Crispy Prosciutto recipe by Family Style Food has become a go-to in our house.

It’s like a lighter, more flavorful bacon (if that’s even possible), and is a wonderfully salty addition to so many already fabulous dishes, making it worthy of its very own recipe page.

Enjoy!

Chicken Pesto Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • Prosciutto

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Lay prosciutto on a parchment-lined tray, curling it into little individual bundles to avoid burnt edges.

Step 3

Cook for about 7 minutes, checking frequently.

Step 4

Remove from tray and cool on rack.

Step 5

Crumble once cooled to incorporate into dishes like my Watermelon Carpaccio Salad, or eat it straight up like a chip.

YUM.
