Cast Iron Cookies

Craving cookies, but don’t feel like working on ’em all day?

Pop some dough in your 8 inch cast iron skillet and bake away!

Complete with crispy edges and a chewy center, this giant cookie will be screaming to be topped with ice cream. 

The PERFECT dessert, if you ask me.

here’s what you’ll need to do

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Squish cookie dough into an even layer in your 8 inch cast iron skillet.

Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before adding a scoop of ice cream, and BOOM: dessert is ready.

Delicious.
