Chopped Bagel with Lox

I wasn’t totally sold on the whole viral chopped sandwich thing, but then I saw the chopped bagel and knew I needed it in my life.

So here we are.

Chopped bagel with lox, but make it fashion, errr… well, make it ranch, which is basically the same thing.

here’s what you’ll need

• plain bagels

• whipped cream cheese

• Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning

• smoked salmon

• red onion, thinly sliced

• cucumber, thinly sliced

• dill

• pea shoots

here’s what you’ll need to do

Toast your bagel.

Put cream cheese, Ranch seasoning, salmon, red onion, cucumber, dill and pea shoots in a pile.
Chop.
Chop.
Chop until incorporated.

Smear on bagel, and enjoy!
