Peanut Sauce Pork Soup Dumplings

Peanut Sauce Pork Soup Dumplings

Welcome to episode 72 of how to snack right.
Just kidding.

There’s no wrong way to snack, silly.

But if I had my choice, I’d definitely take these frozen soup dumplings, pair them with the gorgeous peanut sauce we like to smother on everything, and BOOM.

You’ve got yourself a total feast in less than fifteen.

Whee!

here’s what you’ll need

  • Mila frozen soup dumplings

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp garlic chili sauce

  • 2 cups water

  • chili crisp

  • green onions, thinly sliced

  • extra virgin olive oil

here’s what you’ll need to do

Drizzle extra virgin olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add frozen dumplings and cook for about 5 minutes, or until they get a nice golden sear on the bottom.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic chili sauce, and water until smooth.

Add sauce to pan, cover and simmer for about 8 minutes, or until dumplings are warm and cooked through.

Serve soup dumplings over a smear of warm peanut sauce, drizzled with chili crisp and garnished with a heck ton of green onions.

Oh, and if your sauce is too thick, add more water until it’s at your desired consistency.

Whee!
