Not everything has to be complicated.

Pre-made sauces, a couple quick cuts of produce, fast and flavorful meat –  and you have yourself the ultimate football treat.

Just don’t break the cardinal rule: a thin layer of chips sprinkled across a sheet tray, ensuring that every. single. bite is nothing short of amazing.

  • Tortilla chips
  • Alfredo sauce
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Jalapeno, thinly sliced
  • Taco seasoning
  • Chicken tenders
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Sriracha
  • Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Cilantro
  • Sour cream
  • Guacamole
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Step 1

Preheat a pan over medium to medium-high heat.

Season your chicken tenders with salt and pepper before adding them to the pan with enough water to partially submerge the chicken.

Cover and simmer until cooked through and shreddable. This should take about 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2

Once cooked through, shred your chicken and add it back to the pan.

Sprinkle with a packet of taco seasoning, 3/4 cup of water, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Set aside.

Step 3

Cover a sheet tray with a thin layer of tortilla chips.

Scatter seasoned chicken across the chips.

Generously drizzle Alfredo sauce across everything.

Sprinkle with red onion, jalapeño and mozzarella cheese.

Step 4

Pop tray into your preheated Stoke Outdoor Pizza Oven to melt the cheese with a blast of high heat. This should only take a minute.

Step 5

Remove HOT tray from the oven.

Spritz with Sriracha.

Sprinkle with tomatoes and pile on the cilantro.

Top with a dollop of guacamole and sour cream, and enjoy.
