These mini baked bries will totally change the way you look at a quick and healthy treat.
From the minute I laid eyes on these bite size bries at Trader Joe’s, I knew I needed them in my life.
Wanting to do something a little more unique, I hit up Google for some inspo and was guided straight to @littlespicejar’s recipe for Herb Garlic Baked Brie.

- Mini baked brie
- 1 tsp thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic, minced
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Lay your mini baked brie on a parchment lined sheet tray.
Mix your butter, honey, thyme, cayenne and garlic in a bowl.
Cut a few tiny slits in the top of your cheese.
Generously drizzle with your buttery mix.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, or until your cheese is to your melty likeness.
Serve immediately alongside grapes, berries, nuts, chocolate, crackers, toast – or anything else that tickles your fancy.
This amazing method can be used for big brie too. Just be sure to adjust your ratios and cook the brie a bit longer until nice and melty.
