Chicken Pesto Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

  • A loaf of crusty sourdough bread
  • Pesto 
  • Prosciutto
  • Front Street Market Wild Huckleberry Spread
  • Arugula
  • Eggs
  • Butter
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Toast your bread in a saute pan over medium heat using butter.

Step 2

Generously slather one piece of toast with Wild Huckleberry Spread.

Top that side with prosciutto.

Step 3

Generously slather the other piece of bread with pesto.

Top that side with arugula.

Step 4

Soft scramble your eggs in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Add eggs to the sandwich.

Step 5

Carefully close sandwich and enjoy with plenty of napkins on hand.
