Crisp and flavorful, Quick Pickled Red Onions are an easy and… well, quick way to add depth to tacos, salads, Buddha bowls and more!

Ingredients
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice red onions.
Step 2
Bring water, vinegar, sugar and salt to a simmer in a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Step 3
Remove from heat and submerge onion slices in the mix.
Step 4
Once cooled to room temp, move mix to the fridge to cool completely for about an hour before serving.
