here’s what you’ll need
street taco-sized flour tortillas
red onion, thinly sliced
avocado, sliced
feta cheese, crumbled
cilantro
here’s what you’ll need to do
Empty your ready-to-eat chicken tikka masala into a pot and cook over medium heat until hot.
We like to do this on our Eureka camp stove since we have a cute little griddle we can use on it, too.
Warm street taco-sized flour tortillas on that cute little griddle until slightly golden.
Serve chicken tikka masala in warmed shells topped with thinly sliced red onion, avocado, crumbled feta cheese and cilantro.
Best enjoyed on a paper plate in one of those little basket thingies.
