Pickle Nachos
The key to a perfect plate of nachos - Pickle Edition - is a thin layer of chips.
Melty cheese.
Rich and flavorful toppings.
A hit of Pickle Ranch (TRUST).
And a handful of freshies.
Whee!
here’s what you’ll need
tortilla chips, we like Juantonio's
2 cups thick cut shredded Cheddar Jack cheese
dill pickle rounds
aged Sharp White Cheddar cheese, grated
green onions, thinly sliced
here’s what you’ll need to do
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on a sheet tray or oven-safe dish.
Generously sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Season with a shake of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning.
Bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melty.
Remove from the oven and add dill pickle slices to the top of your nachos.
Generously top with grated Sharp White Cheddar cheese.
Pop back in the oven for another couple minutes until the grated cheese becomes soft.
Garnish with green onions.
Dip in Pickle Ranch, and enjoy!
