Apple Brie Puff Pastry ‘Donuts’
Let’s be honest, repeatedly feeding strips of puff pastry into a tiny hole is a bit of a pain in the rear - but it is SO worth it when you FINALLY get to take a bite of these Apple Brie Puff Pastry ‘Donuts’.
Not to mention they make a beautiful addition to any holiday cheese plate.
Good To Know: I used 2 apples, half a wedge of brie and an entire sheet of puff pastry for four ‘donuts’.
I’m not mad, I just hope it helps in planning. 😂
And big thanks to thelittleblogofvegan for the pastry wrapping inspiration.
